Prayer House exists to create space for people to encounter the presence of Jesus. We truly believe in the power of prayer and seeing houses of prayer become established. Prayer House is based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
We believe one moment with God can spark a lifelong transformation. But we don’t stop at the moment—we walk with you through discipleship, showing what it actually looks like to follow Jesus in everyday life. OUR TEAM has been marked by His presence, and we carry a deep conviction to create spaces where others can encounter Him too. Because of the faith-filled “yes” of those who went before us, we’ve been invited into places where God’s presence was tangible. Now, we live to steward that gift—creating room for others to experience the same life-changing transformation.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
We are a resource to the local church. Our desire is to help the body of Christ grow in intimacy with God and in their identity in Christ. We encourage everyone who gathers with Prayer House to be planted in a local church and to serve faithfully where they are. We exist to support those who are hungry for more—creating space for people to grow and mature in their walk with Jesus.
We also serve local churches through trainings, teachings, courses, and more. Jesus is coming back for one Bride, and our heart is to see the Church unified—in one mind, one accord, and one Spirit. We want to see the local church thrive and be ready for His return.

Prayer House is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with full legal status, a board of directors, and organizational covering. We operate under clear spiritual and administrative accountability. Our mission is rooted in Scripture, and everything we teach is built on the foundation of God’s Word. Our curriculum is simple: help believers grow in a real relationship with Jesus through prayer. We believe prayer is relationship—and our desire is to see people, especially within the local church, develop a deep and lasting foundation in Christ. That’s why we build prayer rooms. Not for hype or numbers—but to create sacred spaces where people can gaze upon Jesus and be transformed.
